We are a nation-wide membership based organization representing and advocating for homeowners and tenants who share their homes.
Mission: The mission of The Home Sharing Association of America (The HSAA) is to promote, represent, preserve, and enhance the rights and interests of homeowners and tenants who share and engage in home sharing in their primary residences throughout the United States. We help those sharing their homes maximize their business. In addition, the HSAA works to inform the community of benefits of home sharing and provide information around home sharing.
Vision: We support the affordable housing and community development where we live. We believe in fair laws for home sharing for homeowners and tenants. We support the growth of neighborhood small businesses through increased visitor traffic and patronage. We support diversity within our communities and neighborhoods and engage with our local politicians.
